I AM H.E.R. International is a supportive and friendly community where women of faith connect, collaborate in personal, professional, and spiritual endeavors. We provide international online and offline personal, professional, and spiritual training, share tips, offer feedback, foster collaborations, and so much more. We provide resources and platforms for Christian women to fulfill their purpose. Dr. Derashay Zorn created this movement for the purpose of accountability, collaborative partnerships, support, training and development, and financial freedom so that every woman can reach her highest potential.

This movement was born from God’s revelation to the founder of His desire to liberate the Daughter of Zion through breaking barriers that have held them from operating in their purpose, proclaiming their God-given promise and living a prosperous life. The restrictions have left women displaced and society needs going unmet due to our counterparts not valuing or respecting their intellects and abilities they possess. To bridge these broken gaps within the world and rebuild the broken walls, the Daughter of Zion must operate in her God-given assignment unconstrained so that balance can come forth an unstable society.  We focus on personal, professional, and spiritual development because we believe that each of these interdependent components is vital to the quality of life, the ability to operate in purpose, and making an impact within one’s perspective assignment. One is not sustainable by itself, so we understand that it is not healthy to departmentalizing our lives. Therefore, we are focusing on the complete woman to unlock the Proverbs 31 Woman principles to maximize each women’s potential mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually, and physically.

 

In 2018, God moved on Dr. Zorn’s heart to compile a book called the 31 Ways of Influence based upon the outline principles of Proverbs 31 woman. At that time, I AM H.E.R. International was not a concept to come forth until later that year; God began to unfold the I AM H.E.R.  International Conference and the need for a ministry to support women within their endeavors. God started Derashay on this journey years before she would fully understand the level of her assignment with women.  In 2007, God would lead her to her first ministry engagement and women conference based upon the Proverbs 31 woman. Then, in 2016, the Women of INfluence Magazine mandate to educate, equip, empower and employ influential women who will impact society through living lifestyles that reflect Kingdom living to confirm the Proverbs 31 Woman.

To accomplish our mission, we provide various platforms to equip, encourage, empower, and educate women within their endeavors. We host physical and virtual conferences, summits, and seminars that provide women with tools to advance on their journey. The I AM H.E.R. International Facebook group provides women with a centralized location for daily support, training and networking opportunities, and space for cultivating their skills with like-minded women. They get the benefit of free tips, training, encouragement, and guidance. Soon we will bring another level of enhancing women in their endeavor with our multi-tiered membership program. This program will include hands-on interactive group training, virtual co-working sessions, private, prerecorded, and live group training, discounts on products and services, access to B.O.S.S. Coaches, Q & A sessions, monthly 1-on-1 Success Coaching, and so much more.
